Our delicious Menu consists of food made at the Cafe with ALL ORGANIC ingredients + juices and smoothies!
*All the water that cleans the veggies and is used in any recipe is filtered + we use a reverse osmosis unit.
 Why Reverse Osmosis? It is the only way to remove fluoride from the water, which is added to Fairfield
 Counties water system (fyi see page 14).
